Vacationing from Texas
Lively atmosphere. The food is tasty, fair pricing, and not to mention the cocktails. Great staff and service. The patio can be loud at times, but then that is expected during busy times.
Paradoxical
I was having a great time in this place when an African American gay guy approached me to ask how tall I was. I have traveled the world and nobody has ever done this to me. At 5'4", I don't need to go to this place to get a reminder. So many possible answers came to my mind, but I chose not to say anything. I faked a smile, shaked his hand, finished my drink, and left the place. This is the impression I got about San Diego. Thanks!
The Best
My favorite in San Diego a "must see" place to be. Great food, Great atmosphere, although a little loud sometimes on the patio, and great friendly staff.

Positive Experience
Kind of a small area to socialize in but the people were friendly. The drinks were great and the environment is nice... I would definitely return again in the future.
