Plan to arrive by 10:30am so you can get your speaker slip in before the council meeting starts at 11am. You do not have to speak but can submit a speaker slip to register your support. If you wish to speak you will have that opportunity.
If you cannot make it in person, you can email or call your representative before Monday morning.
