Join us for a festive night of great food and holiday cheer---MPowerSD is going to December Nights! We’ll be heading over to Balboa Park and enjoying the sights and sounds. December Nights is known for featuring diverse holiday foods, performances, and activities.

[ MEETING PLACE ]
We will meet at the Balboa Park Botanical Garden and Reflecting Pool (long pool with koi fish near the Reuben H. Fleet Space Center) at 7 p.m. If you will be arriving late, please text Nate at 858-335-9855 to find out where we are. Please try to be on time!

[ PARKING ]
Do not drive to Balboa Park---parking is limited and will be expensive. Your best bet is to park in Hillcrest and walk over or take a public shuttle to the event. A list of FREE shuttles can be found here (http://www.balboapark.org/decembernights/parking).

[ FOOD & DIETARY NEEDS ]
Food and drinks will be available at the event. If you want to eat, make sure to bring cash with you---we cannot promise that vendors will accept credit cards. In addition, beer gardens are available for 21+ participants. If you choose to drink, please enjoy responsibly and have a designated driver assigned. If you are noticeably drunk, I will ask you to leave the event and will arrange for a taxi.

[ RECOMMENDED ATTIRE ]
Since the event is happening at night, you’ll want to bring some warm clothes. Comfy walking shoes are HIGHLY recommended since we’ll be walking around.

[ ITEMS TO BRING ]
Bring cash with you for any food, drinks, or tickets you’ll want. ATMs may be available nearby, but it’s best to get cash beforehand.
