Stylish French bistro in center of Hillcrest

I have been here a number of times with friends. It is right on University - it's a small fine dining french bistro with wonderful wine list, entrees, sandwiches, and unique selection of desserts. They offer happy hour specials, 1/2 wine nights on Tuesdays, and wines by the half glass. This is the best place in Hillcrest to impress a first date, or enjoy company of good friends. We always go back here when I visit San Diego.
