Urban Mo's Bar & Grill

Went there the week of Halloween and saw an amazing show. The place is very friendly and the food was great. Try not to have fun there.

Who wouldn't love a comfy, fun, burger joint/bar right in the middle of gay San Diego? Urban Mo's has great food (if you don't mind greasy) and fabulous drinks. The waiters and bartenders are fun and knowledgeable about the area. A great place to go before, after, or even during a night hitting the clubs and San Diego scene.

A great burger joint, that does well on all the other things a great burger joint would have. Like onion rings. Chicken strips. It seems popular for the booze too, but I don't drink. The help is friendly and willing to help. This gets the full five stars because of how it fills, exactly, the niche it reaches for.

This is the old Hamburger Mary's, pretty much the same crowd and staff. I love the patio bar and just people watching out there: Hot men, along with girlfriends. Inside there is a dance floor that spins anything from hip-hop to country line dancing -- depending on the night of the week. I especially like the quick service from the bear bartenders outside and they're easy on the eyes too!
