I live in Phoenix and go to San Diego often..One of the things I most look forward to, is eating at Arrivederci. The waiters have thick accents, the food is very good, and the location is fun. Its an authentic Italian restaurant in a great atmosphere.

I have to say the food won't blow you away but it is very good. This is located right in the heart of Hillcrest and it great for gaywatching! Ask for a table on the patio. The wine list is full of fun and inexpensive Italian wines and the gorgeous and charming Italian waiters are even enough to turn my head.

I've been going here for years. The owner is always around to correct your italian. My fave dish is the chicken lasagna, I have one friend who swears by the duck salad.
So, what do you say?
