Rude front desk service and bad parking options. Also, it looks grungy and dilapidated from the street. There are better options in this area.

Unfair reservation practices

I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates on their website, which I found to be a little user un-friendly. Management charged me full price for the stay and would not honor any type of exchange of dates. He was also very surly over the phone and refused any type of refund. If you book here, be 100 percent sure you won't cancel because their policy around cancellations are ridiculous.

Great place to stay

I found this place a great place to stay. And will stay here again if back in town. The room was big and great. Lots of things in walking distance. Lot of good shops and eating place near by. Close to the zoo and hillcrest. Area. The Pec is right downthe road two blocks and was a lot of fun.

Big, Clean, Convenient and at a great price.

I spent 3 days here and found it to be really great. All of the above and more. These are one bedroom residential units being let out in a hotel style nightly rate. Although they are reasonably old, they are large, fully furnished and decorated, have their own entries, and are very clean and well presented. King beds are great! Very quiet makes sleeping in easy. Free parking and Wifi and all within an easy walk to all the clubs in Hillcrest. I will be staying here whenever I am in San Diego. Definately recomend it.

Very Afrordable, All suites, Convenient Location

This place is a hidden gem. There are four suites. All have king size beds. All have seperate bedroom and living room. There is free Parking, free WiFi access. There are laundry facilities available for use. It is located on the edge of Hillcrest on a residential street. Very quiet and secure but still very close to restaurants, bars etc. Public transportation runs on University Ave which is 2 blocks south. It is gay owned and operated. Sometimes run specials for stays of 3 or 4 nights and longer. i would definately reccomend.
