Queer and Trans Self-Defense Class
Come along to the Brown Building and learn some practical forms of self-defense you can practice at home. Ziggy Wintermute Littlefield-Palmer will be taking us through a workshop with instruction. Ziggy has been a self-defense instructor and has been practicing martial arts since age 7, studying Karate, Tae Kwon Do Capoeira and Kendo.
