Bike Helmet
At least 1 water bottle (Preferebly 2) or 1 Hydration pack (like a camel back) (1 Bottle for Water & 1 Bottle for Electrolyte)
Bike Frame Pump or CO2 Cartridges
Patch Kit for Spare Tube
Tire Irons
Snack (Energy Bars are good)
Identification
Money for Rest Stops
Please note: In keeping with the ALC Code of Conduct, Team MO's obeys all traffice laws! We stop at ALL Stop Signs and Stop Lights without exception! We parctice safe riding at all times! You must be present for the safety speech in order to ride with the group!
