Beach Bootcamp

Time to get your butts out of bed and start the weekend off by doing something good for yourself. Come make the beautiful drive over the Coronado Bridge and meet at the main beach life guard tower. We will be using intervals done at your own max effort to get the most fat burn while sparing muscle. The camaraderie of working out in a group setting will help motivate you through points you would normally stop. Donation based with a recomendation of $10. Location Map in comment section.
