We'll start at the South Shores Boat Launch, head up to Mount Soledad, and then bike down into La Jolla. From there we'll go into Mission Beach, take the bike path to OB and then head to Cabrillo where we'll enjoy one last hill before heading back to South Shores.

2 water bottles or 1 hydration pack (like a Camelbak) - 1 bottle should be filled with an electrolyte replacement drink.

Patch Kit or Spare Tube
A snack (energy bars are good and quick!)
