Come Home for the Holidays!

Join us for a festive holiday fete among friends! The Center’s annual “Come Home for the Holidays” event will be taking place on Saturday, Dec. 15, 5-8pm. This free-to-the-public event will bring together the many beautifully unique facets of the San Diego LGBT community for a celebration of cultures and traditions, and create a warm, welcoming space for community members to celebrate the holiday season together. Dozens of LGBT Community organizations across San Diego participate by bringing a “pot luck” style food item to share with the guests that symbolizes a tradition or highlights the culture of their organization. The Center will provide the “traditional” Turkey and Ham. There will also be beverages available for purchase. We will have a lively line-up of entertainment, a secular candle lighting ceremony, a Native American blessing and lots of information about the different organizations taking part. We hope you can attend this celebration of the wonderful diversity within the San Diego LGBT community!
