This year we are blocking off Normal St. between Harvey Milk St. and Lincoln Ave from 7-10 pm for the hottest Halloween celebration in town..and it's a FUNdraiser! Nightmare on Normal is the Saturday before Halloween so this is a perfect test run and...you can recieve $1,000 for the grand prize!
