What we say
San Diego's only leather bar
The Eagle in San Diego is a small space tucked away on a dark street in the North Park neighborhood. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming to all. You'll find a boot polishing station, a St. Andrew's cross and if you are lucky, you can witness (or join in) while they are used.

As a regular customer, I tend to be in there mostly during happy hour (opening until 8 PM) as I maintain a very early work schedule, however, yesterday night, I was in there, and the crowd overall was on average a good decade younger than myself, I was in full leather from head to toe (leather baseball cap, leather vest leather chaps) but there were only a handful of others in any kind of leather at all, and there were *many* pairs of white tennis shoes around, it's sad....no one has ever taught some of these folks that white tennis shoes are a big NO NO in leather bars

Within the first 45 minutes, I was hit on two different leather men and took the offer of the second. Had a few drinks and then left with my leather date for the evening. I can't say enough how awesome my time was that evening.
